Christmas came early for Christian and Carrie. December 19th was both cold and gusty, but the excitement of Mr. and Mrs. Lament’s celebration made the day pleasant and full of warmth! Their wedding was the picture of Christmas romance. Evergreens and twinkle lights created a beautiful winter glow in St. Michael’s Hall. Deep red roses and velvet table linens added richness. Glittery ornaments and gold details bounced light around the venue for extra sparkle. The hall was a Christmas wonderland.
Although their decor was beyond elegant, the real magic of the Lament’s wedding day was the connection they share with their friends and family. Part of Carrie and Christian’s special bond is their love for others. Family is everything, and it’s what made this celebration feel so extraordinary. In a family, everything is multiplied. Love, joy, laughter… what one member of a family experiences, they share with all the others. That was certainly true on Carrie and Christian’s wedding day. The love was deeper. The joy was greater. The laughter was louder. It all grows bigger with the people you love by your side.
Carrie & Christian – I feel overwhelmingly blessed to photograph your story from proposal to wedding day. It’s been an honor to get to know as a couple. You’ve made my job so fun! Congratulations, again! – Love, Kate
