I can’t describe Emily and Daniel’s wedding any better than Emily did when she said, “You know love wins when your immediate family only, backyard, socially distanced, mask-filled wedding day is still the most perfect day of your life!”
Daniel and Emily became husband and wife in the company of their immediate families at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Hudson. Although they originally planned a larger celebration, 2020 had its own course. Brides and grooms all over the globe reimagined their celebrations to make health and safety a priority this year. These changes cut guest lists and traditions but embraced celebrating in entirely new, creative ways. Emily and Daniel chose to do a micro wedding, and it was such a gorgeous, intimate celebration!
After the ceremony, they headed to Emily’s parent’s backyard with their families for portraits, cake, and champagne toasts. It won’t be long until they can celebrate all over again with even more of their loved ones!
Emily & Daniel – You’re married and there still so much celebration left! With all the difficulty the pandemic brought, I love that you chose to multiply joy by celebrating on 2 days in 2 years! I can’t wait to be with you again at the Pepper Pike Country Club for round 2!! – Kate
