Amber and Jordan are college sweethearts. Even though Jordan attended Ohio University and Amber was at The Ohio State University, mutual friends allowed their separate paths to meet. They clicked right away. They wanted to spend as much time together as possible, so this sweet couple took turns riding the bus to meet up on the weekends.

A few years after college, Jordan was put on a work project that required travel to places like India, South Africa, and New York. Amber and Jordan made a plan to meet up in New York City to spend Valentine’s weekend together. What Amber didn’t know is that Jordan planned a surprise dinner and proposal in a penthouse suite overlooking Times Square. If that doesn’t sound like the end of a RomCom, I don’t know what does!

It was only natural that with such a romantic story, Amber and Jordan would choose a location for their engagement session that’s brimming with romance. Kingwood Center Garden is beautiful! The grounds of the estate is made up of smaller gardens. Sculpted statues, fountains, and gorgeous brick arches bring life and character to the property. There’s something new and beautiful to discover everywhere you turn.

Scroll down to see some of my favorite portraits of this dreamy duo.

Amber & Jordan – How is it possible that we just met, and already, you feel like friends we’ve had forever?? Niko and I adore getting to know you! We can’t wait to continue celebrating your incredible story at Manakiki this Fall!  – Love, Kate
