The rain held off all day until the second Lauren began walking down the aisle at Wetherington Country Club. Suddenly, the sky opened up and raindrops pattered against guest’s umbrellas. They say rain on your wedding day is good luck, but the real luck is that it only last a couple minutes. It rained just enough to water the grass and make the already gorgeous golf course at Wetherington Country Club even more vibrant.
Lauren and Jacob’s summer wedding was a perfect mix of pinks and greens, snuggles and laugher, sunshine and rain. It was a dynamic celebration for a couple who have waited such a long time for their special day to come. My favorite part of their celebration was the 10-15 minutes we snuck out of their reception to photograph some sunset photos. Those bride and groom portraits are so dreamy!
Lauren & Jacob – Thanks for allowing Niko and me to capture the beauty and joy of your celebration. I’ve loved getting to know you and experience your silliness and sincerity firsthand. #dontworrybehenry forever and ever! – Kate
