Rebecca and Joe tied the knot on one of the hottest days of the summer. It was a balmy 90 degrees for this July wedding, but the heat couldn’t diminish the overwhelming joy of this celebration.
When I spoke to Rebecca about her vision for the day, she was clear about one thing. She wanted their wedding to be a true celebration of family. With Joe and Rebecca having kids of their own, the celebration wasn’t just for them. What I love most about this particular wedding is the wedding party was made up of multiple generations. Joe’s dad was his best man. All four of Rebecca’s girls were her bridesmaids. This bride and groom worked hard to make sure their family was honored as well, and that is such a special thing.
As you scroll down, look for the reception details. Rebecca is so creative and has great taste. It truly shines in all the bits and pieces of the decor. You’ll also love the dusty purple and blush color palette. The dreamy colors made this summer wedding light, sophisticated, and the perfect fit for their Blair Center venue!
Rebecca & Joe – Thank you so much for trusting me to capture your celebration. Your wedding was so full of hope and joy. It was a real testament that love is never far off if your heart is open to receive it. I feel genuinely lucky to have made new friends in you and I’m thankful for your intentional and consistent kindness toward me this past year. Congratulations again!! – Kate
