From the moment I met Allie and Jake I knew we were a match made in heaven. As they talked about their vision for the wedding and engagement session, I grew more and more excited to serve them. It’s important to choose wedding vendors who get you and are compatible with your vision.

On the day of their engagement session, we met at the Cleveland Cultural Gardens. I’m crazy about the white jumpsuit Allie is wearing in these portraits. Their whole vibe was cool and sophisticated – perfect for the garden surroundings. I knew Allie and Jake were high school sweethearts, but even if I didn’t, I would have guessed they knew each other for a long time. These two were so comfortable interacting, I hardly needed to give direction. They fell into each others arms in such a natural way. Their smiles and laughs were so genuine.  These interactions made the session so much fun.

Then we headed to the Cleveland Museum of Art in University Circle. This museum is one of my favorite portrait locations in Cleveland and Jake just happened to intern there in high school.

Allie & Jake – You’ve waited so long to tie the knot! Your wedding can’t come soon enough! I’m overjoyed you invited me to share in your celebration. I hope these photos ignite your excitement for that day over and over until it’s finally here! – Kate
